Originating from Cyprus, Halloumi is a cooking cheese that keeps its shape and turns golden brown when fried. Great in a salad, roast cubed vegetables or with breakfast.
This is a fresh hand stretched cheese that is great for Pizzas, giving that lovely stringy texture. Lovely with sliced tomato and fresh basil leaves with a drizzle of olive oil.
